The whole thing is orchestrated by the FBI / DOJ for maximal impact on the midterm elections. It’s a pathetic attempt to smear republicans.
It won’t work.
They waited until an election year to make the charge of sedition because, in the US Constitution, anyone who supports sedition cannot run for office.
So they will be charging anyone who spoke out against the 2020 election results with sedition and then have them removed from the ballot.
Turn about is fair play.
Reminds me of a statement made by an Oklahoma US district attorney a several years ago: “the law is what I say it is”.

There were plenty of people in congress and in the media, who should’ve been and should be brought up on sedition charges for the Trump-Russia collusion, which was totally false and clearly an attempt to undo the will of the people after 2016.
Names come to mind, including Schiff, Pelosi, Schumer, Nadler, and many in the FBI and in the media. The number of those people could easily reach into the hundreds.
