Yes, we've seen people stab Trump in the back before.
But I'm thinking Trump will support people in 2022 who will agree with his views, who will be grateful for his assistance, and who will indicate willingness to repay the favor.
If Trump runs in 2024 and they try to win again in 2024 while stabbing their benefactor in the back, it just won't go well for them. But it still might go well for Trump. He has support.
