So a Democrat will never nominate a male for the Supreme Court again?

Say hello to SCOTUS justice Kamala Harris.

It’s a perfect opportunity to get that 100 ton boat anchor off the ticket for 2024 without hearing screams of “RACISM, SEXISM!!!!!!”

And it fills Biden’s “requirement” of “Whites need not apply”.

It’s a perfect “two birds with one stone” scenario.

Biden already shot down one black woman to be on the Supreme Court #JoeCrow2.0

This is what I wrote yesterday in my Substack:
https://larrys.substack.com/p/todays-nuke-breyer-to-step-down

There are complications and questions, the most obvious being they would lose the tie-breaker in the Senate til a new veep is appointed. (I think that will be Buttplugs).

However, Kampuchea Harris raises the interesting question of who is running things? Did Biteme pick her-—as a “bullet proof vest” so they couldn’t remove him? Cuz NO ONE wants her. If she stays and he names someone else, he may be actually running things more or less. But if he names her to the Court, it would likely mean someone else is running things, that she is being removed so he can get the old 25th . . . and Welcome President Buttplugs-—cuz that is the guy they really want.

I don’t think it’s illegal.

Nice article, LS!

NO one wants Kum-ala. 2024 is already looking like the Titanic for the RATS. The Senate is already shutdown.

Get rid of her and get the puppet that “they” want in. If it is Peter Pan, that also shuts Cankles out from yet ANOTHER run.

That’s a “3fer”!

I agree, that IF the GOP plays this right, this could be a massive loss across the board, in many areas, for DemoKKKrats.

However, it is a mistake that the GOP can bottle up a nominee in committee as some suggest. There is a measure SpewMore can use to advance a nominee out and still have Harris-—if the nominee is someone else-—vote as a tiebreaker.

Personally, I don’t see the issue here: Minion is going to ensure that the nominee gets in no matter what, short of a filibuster.

That’s ALL we need: a black “female” on the level of a maxine waters, a joy reid, a julianne malveaux, a lori lightfoot, AND WORSE.

Agreed, LS.

At the end of the day, Senator Pierre Delecto, Vichy-UT, will come through. He’s McStain without the “charm”.

The GOP isn’t called “The Stupid Party” for no reason.

No filibusters for supreme court nominees, remember?

Not true. There is a deal Yertle made with SpewMore that the nominee has to make it out of committee. This year’s committee is far stronger than the last. MurCowSki & Collins are gone. The only one I’m even remotely concerned about would be Mel Tillis.

If the committee doesn’t vote the nominee out, the nomination is brought to the floor but now under condition of a filibuster.

However, Minion might not have a chance if Yertle/GOP really want to play hard ball.

Yertle/SpewMore had a deal in place that judicial nominees can only be voted on with a majority vote IF the judiciary committee refers them out. Without a judiciary committee referral, the nominee is subject to a filibuster!

This year’s committee is actually pretty good. The weakest is Mel Tillis.

“… if Yertle/GOP really want to play hard ball.”

If. Two letters that can mean so much.

Let’s see. I’m expecting a GOO “roll over and play dead”, as is their SOP.

How many republican votes does it take for a nominee to be voted out of a democrat-controlled committee?
