While it’s a forgone conclusion that whoever is nominated will be confirmed, I bet she’s be an absolute disaster. That is, if they went after her. I don’t see her having the temperament to have white men, of superior intellect, asking her questions and hypotheticals.

Secondly, I find it amazing how often Cori Bush, a freshman Representative from a ‘safe’ black St. Louis district is considered newsworthy. Besides yapping, has she actually accomplished anything in her first year in Congress?
For those who don’t remember, she was the large black woman with the bull horn who along with other ‘peaceful protestors’ broke into the gated community in order to harangue the then mayor of St. Louis. Naturally neither she nor any of the protestors were charged with any crime, while a husband and wife who held weapons on their own property were charged with felonies.
The way things are going, I wouldn’t be surprised to see Whoopie Goldberg nominated. Not enough money for Oprah. If those two decline, there is always Maxine Waters.

Most judges have the "living constitution" view - which is a complete mis-name. "Living constitution" is used to kill whatever the document meant. Now it means whatever the most powerful group says.
