That was my first thought as well. If they're sending Harris it's not a serious situation, and they know it. Plus, it may be part of her rehab -- a way to give both her and the admin a "win."

Well, that is the best motivation to get Americans to leave Ukraine. Unfortunately it may get the Ukrainians to leave as well.
It has already been decided what will happen. NATO will not admit Ukraine as a member (for now), Putin will stand down and Kamel Toe Harris will be lauded as an incredible diplomat who saved WWIII from happening, to build up her creds for her taking over the Presidency when Joe resigns before the mid terms.

Biden is going the signal “our ironclad commitment” by sending a ridiculously inept second rater with no authority instead of the big guy. Yeah that makes a lot of sense. Here’s what will happen. She will sit there and watch while Germany and France decide what they want to do, with no input from her whatsoever. For all his big talk, Biden has insured that we will not be leading anything.
