Don’t be shocked if Fat Lizzie pulls it off and survives the primary.
With multiple primary opponents challenging, she could squeak out a win by plurality with just 35-40% of the vote with her primary opponents splitting the large, majority anti-Cheney vote evenly between themselves. She’ll likely get some RINO establishment votes along with crossover democrat votes along with some good old ballot box stuffing/fraud. Believe Wyoming’s primary elections are open and you can vote in whichever primary you choose.
This year RINOs and DimRats in the Wyoming Legislature protected Fat Lizzie by blocking a bill from passing that would’ve added a primary runoff election, forcing the top two primary candidates to face off 6 weeks later if the primary election winner won by less than 50%. Cheney will likely only get 35-40% of the vote max only with crossover DimRat voters and fraud/shenanigans.
I won't be. Someone doesn't talk like that unless they think they "have it in the bag", are completely tone deaf, think they are untouchable, or some combination in between.

Fat Lizzie either knows the fix is in that she will prevail or she flat out doesn’t care if she wins/loses. She is likely looking at a good paying gig as a DC based contributor at PMSNBC/CNN as a token RINO or a seat on the View or similar program.
Also, she’s raking in millions in campaign contributions from NeverTrump and open borders types. Dirty little secret is if a candidate loses, they can pocket ALL donation/campaign funds remaining after all campaign debts have been paid.
I don’t see Fat Lizzie campaigning on the ground in Wyoming - she’d get heckled off stage at any event she attended. More than likely she will personally campaign in Wyoming very little (in state appearances likely limited to fundraising dinners and local media interviews) and her campaign will spend as little as possible, maybe a few cheap TV/Radio ads and some printed materials, so she can pocket as much unspent campaign funds as possible as a going away gift!!
In one of McCain’s campaign TV spots he was down at the border talking to Border Patrol guys. He concluded the spot by turning to the camera and pugnaciously exclaiming: “And build the dang wall...!” Which he had no intention of supporting.
She’s going to lose, and if she doesn’t get a post in the Admin to her liking, she’ll go back home and become a bitter cat lady.
