The motion Durham filed is fact-filled and honest. This is the New York Times and that is why they did not cover it. They are not on the up and up.
In my experience, courts usually post Friday deadlines for motions and other filings. Judges often reserve their Fridays for administrative work, so this fits well into their schedules. This also explains why jurors are often not in the courtroom on Fridays in many courts.
If anybody was a fool in this scam, it's us for fawning over the liars in the media, including maybe the biggest Trump haters of them all, Fox News Corp...Being silent is also lying.
