Well, I heard the Buran guy say как дела (how are you) wo someone on 5125 kHz. Now they are really going to town. and apparently the Ukrainian Anthem playing in the background.

We always used an R-390A radio in our Tech Control facilities. In the Azores we also had a CV-60/URR FSK Converter to break out a signal and send it to a teletype printer.

Was at Sat dump facility and ELINT site in Sinope, Turkey. Nop one the Navy - was primarily DOD Army with smattering of other services.

Not sure where it is out of, and it was mixed programming. But it was very detailed and sounded more honest than what we are getting here.
