So here is what I am projecting. Some will be captured and make their way back to Russia and China to be studied and reproduced. About 25% of the shots will be at Ukrainians and civilians. But thats ok because its war you know. And the rest will destroy property and Russians. So, a 40% efficacy rate will do for the US Army. They will take that as a win.
Our defense contractors rub their hands in glee. And congress critters get more kickbacks for their families and campaigns. And retired Generals lobby them, and join more boards, getting very wealthy.
