He’s not paranoid. Paranoids are delusional. He’s not delusional - there are people around him who would like to rule in his place. Heck - Yeltsin was a member of the nomenklatura, and he turfed Gorby first chance he got.
Dictators are basically kings by another name. Like all kings, they have rivals. Nobody really tries to unseat puppet rulers like the Windsors or the Yamatos because they have no power. But kings with real power? Absolutely.

Graham is just a moron - a military lawyer who hit the lotto by latching onto a safe seat in SC. Away from politics, you gotta wonder if he would have made it by hanging out his shingle. Every time I heard this retard speak, I cringe. And the sad thing is, I agree with many of his policy prescriptions.
