Russian General Roman Gavrilov has been detained by the FSB. He is the deputy chief of Russia's Rosguardia service, which has sustained heavy losses in Ukraine. Formerly he was in the FSO, Putin's security service. Reason for the detention was alternately given as leaking military info or wasteful squandering of fuel.
