Trump’s comments were not “admiration”. He, and others, were acutely aware that Europe, NATO, and Biden lacked a plan and the courage to stand up to the Russian aggression. Trump understood how Putin thinks and recognized that, given the weakness of his opponents, it was strategically smart for him to attack at this time even if Trump thought it was immoral and barbaric to do so.
The advantage that Trump had over Putin was that Putin could not make the same calculation with the unpredictable and somewhat bellicose Trump in office. Elections have consequences and stolen election have catastrophic consequences.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Stolen elections result from ignoring the Constitution and allowing an ineligible Kenyan from Indonesia to corrupt the entire government.
Why do these a$$hole RINOs believe what the media prints about Trump?
We are all just ordinary folks here, yet we know the truth about what Trump REALLY said and what he REALLY meant.
We know the media distorts and twists everything. Yet they who have staff people who can research and find the truth just believe the lies.
Turds like Christie, Romney, Susan Collins, ... swallow and believe all their BS.
Has Putin not been savvy at achieving his goals? He’s been in power a long time. Nothing wrong with Trump recognizing when our leaders or leadership in the West have been outsmarted by Putin. He’s got the oil and gas flowing. He waited out the harsh tactics Trump had employed to contain him.
Calling him a fool for taking advantage of Joe’s weakness would be propaganda and wrong.
Anyone else notice how fast Fox jumped on that?
Did they have to interrupt any Lindsey Graham interviews? Or hard hitting news of A high school ending valedictorian?
Trump never praised Putin. Trump essentially said that Putin is no dummy… just as General Paton respected Rommel.
For Christ’s sake, he wasn’t “praising” Putin. He merely stated taking advantage of America’s current weakness to make a move was strategically smart. Trump has made quite clear he opposes Russian aggression.
Ukraine is the answer for everything until 2025.
Now, John Durham says his case is DELAYED due to Ukraine - Russia!
If you had a brain, you knew it was coming!
“Special counsel John Durham made the assertion in a filing Tuesday asking a judge for a deadline extension for the production of classified discovery in accordance with the Classified Information Procedures Act, a law that establishes procedures for protecting classified information in criminal cases. Durham pinned the need for a DELAY on agency personnel being involved in matters related to Russia’s war in Ukraine.“
“The officials preparing and reviewing the documents at the FBI and intelligence agencies are heavily engaged in matters related to Ukraine. “
“Would Christie criticize Patton for Patton’s praise of Rommel? Sure he would. Clueless twit.”
Best part of the movie Patton - “Rommel. You magnificent SOB. I read your book.!”
Christie needs to choke on a chicken wing.
He did the same thing with North Korea’s leaders.
It’s known as softening up the opposition. Everyone does it,
and everyone should do it.
What’s he supposed to do, humiliate them and then go in seeking
good relations?
Christy, please just go off and enjoy life. You have nothing
to say that is helpful.
