A taser is considered “less lethal” not “non-lethal”. I saw the video and there was no “kneeling” at all. Just an all out fight for the taser. Shooting, in my opinion, was justified.

Since when do officers have to wrestle with suspects? Either obey the officers instructions or you may be subject to deadly force. Your not entitled to fight back on a probable cause arrest.
Fight back with the law enforcement and you will likely end up dead.

An attempt to disarm a police officer is lethal force by law. I don’t know the law in every state, but in Texas police can use lethal force in such situations.
