It IS a call to violence and they know it. Since they don’t explicitly say it, they get first amendment protection.
Well, THAT fits the narrative much more than the subway guy. If I were a cop I would NEVER go near ANY POC. Just leave them alone. YOU will always be the fault guy even if they stub their toe. I had an relative who 50 years ago was a cop and whenever there was an incident in the city the cops would all drive slow and with sirens and lights on. By the time they got there everyone was gone. Do the same now leave them to their own devices. Your help means nothing to them. If they can use it against you they will. No good deed goes unpunished when it comes to POC.

Did the suspect have his hand on the cop’s taser? And did the cop yell for the suspect to let go of the taser?
As I noted earlier, I’m not pro-police anymore. But if the answer to either of those questions is yes, it would seem to me that cop was in fear for his life. A taser can, of course, incapacitate someone. And then after that, the cop loses control of his gun. Game over.

The media sets the narrative in the first sentence. Neither evidence, an investigation, testimony, or video will change the narrative.
Note the title of the video on the link page:
“Police release footage of white cop fatally shooting black man.”
instead of:
Police release footage of man fatally shot while resisting arrest.”
And note that Benjamin Crump, infamous race peddler, was retained to go after that big payoff.

Two issues here - first the tactical handling of the situation, and second the progressive left’s use of the shooting.
Maybe the cop acted appropriately, maybe not. Making this about race is nakedly subversive.
Excessive force WAS used.. by the idiot criminal.
Never grab an officers weapon. That is a deadly move. Fighting with the officer is also a bad idea.

The perp pushed the taser away with his hand twice to avoid being tased. The cop dropped the taser and they wrestled to the ground after that, (I think the taser can only be fired twice, no positive on that one). Anyway, neither seemed to go for the taser. The cop was on the perp’s back, the perp was on the ground, prone. The cop had his weight on the perp, one arm around him, and drew his weapon with the free arm. Then, at point blank range shot the perp in the back of the head.
Seems humanity never learns its lessons.

My son is a cop and he is not a fan of the taser. In his opinion they are not effective enough to count on them.
Why is anyone “struggling” over a taser? If anyone grabs a police taser the cop would need to respond with deadly force.

I saw it on a morning news program. If it was edited, I’d like to see the unedited version. What I saw was a point blank shooting. Yes, the cop undoubtably was afraid for his life, but shooting in the back of the head?
Like I said, I freely admit what I saw could have been edited.

If the perp got the taser, he could immobilize the officer, take his gun and shoot him or someone else. Deadly force by the officer is justified.
Taser was fired twice. If the perp gets the tazer, now you have a criminal who has incapacitated a police officer, with access to the police officer’s pistol. I don’t know what the various regulations and SOPs are, but that police officer is fighting for his very life, a kill-or-likely-be-killed situation. If what the officer did is illegal, the law is unjust.
Did you hear the morons holding the cell phone? Was that English? Was it even language, at all? No, it was basically guttural grunting. We have a huge problem in this society. A large portion of the population are bestial and continuing to devolve. The institutions that used to carry our civilization from generation to generation no longer serve that function. Rather, they've become agents of the decline and destruction. We'd best work for the reclamation of those institutions, culture and the whole of western civilization before it's too late.

This is what you get when you coddle people. The only people we coddle these days are Blacks and LGBTQers. Now, the LGBTQ crowd is less violent and seem to obey officer commands better than Blacks. Also Blacks have this YUGE “CHIP” on their shoulders.

This officer was calm, cool and collect up to and including when he shot the perp in the back of the head.
The officer feared for his life. He was about to lose the fight over the Taser. At that point, the perp could and likely would, taser the officer, then be able to get the officer’s firearm.
The perp could NOT BE ALLOWED to get control of the taser.
It starts immediately with the perp ignoring the officer’s command to “STAY IN THE VEHICLE”. Then again, “TO GET BACK IN THE VEHICLE”.
What is the perp’s first response? “WudIdo? Then later “WudIdo wrong?”
The officer, after being asked, under no obligation to, tells the perp the reason, but he does, “the plate doesn’t belong on this car”.
At THIS point, there “should be” no reason for the perp to try to get away, UNLESS..... the car was stolen, he had a warrant, he was holding drugs, he had an illegal gun in the car, or some other reason that he KNEW he was going to go to jail for. Not likely going to jail for having the wrong plates on the car or for an unregistered vehicle.
The officer, of course, KNOWS all this. He can’t let this guy get away. This guy is acting in a way that SCREAMS that he is wanted for or is currently committing a serious crime and is very likely a DANGEROUS man.
Who was the IDIOT with the cell phone camera? A lawyer? Certainly NOT a photographer.
The phone guy’s mind was obviously POISENED to believe that this was just another instance of a white police officer attacking an innocent Black man.
Of course which turned into a white police officer killing an innocent Black man.
“BURN IT DOWN”, NO JUSTICE, NO PEACE”.
What time does the looting start? I need some liquor and a new TV.
Where are the Korean stores? I want to avoid those.
All the while, the left will be fanning the flames of racism, where there isn’t any.
