The headline is a little misleading, but the story speaks to the ineptitude of Biden and his staff. Anyone who was interested could have seen that Macron was at his victory celebration at the Eiffel Tower, but Biden’s idiots let him place a call to the Élysée Palace? Like Macron is just going to be sitting by the phone waiting for calls? And then they allow POTUS to actually get on the phone with underlings? Presidents have staff to handle little details like this to help prevent them from looking like idiots. I know, a tall task for Biden...
