Opposing the return to office is racist because it furthers the stereotype that minorities lack work ethic. Pretty easy to come up with a pretext to call anything racist.
Exactly how does ending work from home make the workforce more young, white and male?

I know which employees would be the first to get the axe if I was in charge. 'Privileges like “being born in the the right place so you don’t have to relocate”, or “being young enough to start a new life in a new city/country” or “having a stay-at-home spouse who will move with you."'
It's a PRIVILEGE to be young??? Father time doesn't see it that way. Time stands still for no man.

We are slowly working to eliminate as many as possible of these only want to work from home crybabies over the next year and a half at my company. We’ve had it with these entitled losers.
They make me sick. Ungrateful for their jobs. As a manager I just shake my head. We are simply asking for 3 days a week in the office, and you would think we are torturing these babies by how they act.

Id like to start filing lawsuits about the obvious opposite hiring biases in teaching, government, mass media, nursing, daycare workers, and also demand more representation of women in dangerous and unpleasant jobs like sanitation, linesmen, animal processors, active military.

Today's professional may be an independent contractor, entrepreneur, self-employed, or be the subordinate who's actually keeping the boss from bad decisions.
More and more work is based on deliverables where the boss is reviews and approves time sheets. They don't even review the work anymore; the client does.
A boss became extraneous in corporate environments once they could no longer hire and fire as necessary but were instead told to "make it work" with the "team" that "human resources" gave them.
The boss is little more than a yes-man or yes-woman.
The boss is very often a token hire with the pronouns and/or pigmentation and really not making any decisions at all.
