Just in time to build up more fear as Mid Term elections approach in Nov. Which means more mail out ballots and drop boxes. Ripe for fraud.
Correct. This is the only reason there will be a "surge". They have to cheat in order to have any chance of surviving the mid-terms and thwarting off an electoral blood bath.

Well...even if vax immunity for the original 2019 version of the virus were that effective...that version of the virus is long since gone with those vaccines having less and less of an effect - law of diminishing returns.

Demsare going to push the mail in ballots and ballot harvesting to have a chance. They need another outbreak now, and a more severe one in October, to run the 2020 playbook again.

As a virus mutates, it becomes weaker although it may infect more people. So many people have developed natural immunity that will protect them from anything more than the sniffles that this shouldn't be a concern. There may be an increase in those testing positive, especially in the south during the months of July and August when the humidity and heat makes it impossible to be outside after 9:00 a.m. in the morning. During those months, many families in the south are all inside turning the AC to “freezer-locker cold” and thus spending more time together in close quarters. But, who goes and get tested when they aren't even sick?
However, I believe this is just the set-up for the narrative to push mail-in voting only for this November. They will soon go back to pushing for everyone to go get tested for the “new variant” and the lemmings will all line up to do so, even those they aren't showing any symptoms of sickness. This will get the “positive” tests numbers up so they can demand those dropboxes be placed nationwide.
