There has always been divergence on the qualifications for marriage, except homo marriage being enshrined in the federal constitution is a new legal perversion.

The draft might be real, and it may well reflect Alito’s thinking, but I have no faith in the overall Supreme Court at all. They have failed us too many times, and I am not convinced that this is a predictor of what the court will do.
