How does this pile of B.S. he released square with his vaccine mandates?

He is the scum of the Earth.

For so called (c)atholic politicians, the excuse has been “I am personally opposed to abortion but I have to support the law”

Well now the law says it can be outlawed.

Now what?

If you don’t vote for Republicans (or worse still, vote for Dems to “show the GOP a lesson”) you have no chance at all.

Take the tiny chance you have. It’s all a numbers game, and if we don’t get the numbers (especially in the House), even the good GOPers will be powerless.

Try to get a good candidate during the primaries, otherwise vote GOP anyway. It’s going to take a lot of us even for good candidates to overcome the Dem cheat machine.

Even Roe was watered down in subsequent decisions, and abortion on demand pretty much up to birth became a fundamental ‘right’. Remember the three trimester structure of the original Roe decision? First three months, the state could not regulate or interfere, second trimester there could be some limitations, last three months a state could prohibit abortion. At least that’s my understanding of the ruling. We’ve seen how those distinctions have vanished. Partial-birth abortion is now permissible, and out here on the Left Coast, legislation is being crafted that would allow infanticide.

Interesting timing for a leak...

Indeed.

Was the leak inspired from, say, someone inside the Court going rogue; or, perhaps by political operatives with connections?

I don't know, of course, but good questions need to be asked.

50 years of federally protected abortion rights.

We ended slavery in the United States even tho' it was legal for 70+ years.

“...At the federal level we will need more pro-choice Senators and a pro-choice majority in the House to adopt legislation that codifies Roe...”

I’m curious. Which part of the Constitution gives Congress the power to legislate on the topic of abortion? The ‘commerce clause’? I realize that Congress thinks it can pass laws on whatever it feels like, but can they really?

Yes. Rabid leftists never want to get mired in details. The big win of “Roe” to them meant abortion on demand - AND GOVERNMENT SUBSIDY, anywhere anytime. That’s how we got partial birth abortions.

No definitely not. I don’t know why they just don’t become Dems...except that the Dems are so radical now they probably wouldn’t get any votes. The Dems are crazy.

Isn’t the Supreme Court guilty of something?
Misinformation or insurrection or something?
