It’s a stunt, to get the Senate GOP on record voting against it, and even if Schumer could get it passed, I think Alito would find the same Constitutional reasons it cannot be done merely by federal legislation - there is no Constitutional mandate for it, and no pwer to make it one merely by legislation. It’s cause cannot be obtained as if it were related to the 14th Amendment, which it isn’t.

The unalienable right to life is codified in the document that enabled the Constitution to be validified.

That is The Declaration Of Independence. If it is not valid then neither is the Constitution. And scientifically speaking life begins at conception.

Bingo!

The natural rights codified in the Declaration were very specifically ordered. First is Life. Without Life, all the others are meaningless. Then Liberty. Without freedom, all the others are meaningless. Once those are secured, you have the right to PURSUE happiness.

From LIFE spring all the other blessings bestowed upon us by God and codified by the Founders.

Schumer “We must protect the right of all women to have unrestricted access to this very important medical procedure. A baby is not aborted... it is self-responsibility that is aborted! The baby’s death is merely incidental and a small price to pay in order to protect a basic human right that all women are guaranteed! Women must not be held accountable and burdened with the responsibility of their choices. This medical procedure will insure that promiscuous and irresponsible behavior is protected and subsidized by the tax payer at the federal level! And don’t forget to vote!”

Rich Baris talks about the way Democrats rode abortion throughout the nineties. The numbers aren’t there anymore. Even pro choicers aren’t comfortable with the unborn child feeling pain and or killing them before they come down the birth canal. But Democrats want and always get their way.

of course it is just theater. It won’t pass - they don’t have 60 votes.

They won't need 60 votes when they end the filibuster. And I believe they'll do it.

THIS is a wedge issue to pander to the “Progressive” base, for the flailing mid-terms. If we had ONE Republican Senator with balls, he would add an Amendment that requires DNA identification of the male parent, for ALL abortions, AND, DNA Requirements for all single-mother babies to establish paternity and responsibility for paying for the fun-times results to the father until the offspring are 21 years old. IF the concern is for the “females health care”, it sure would be good if the baby mama’s had to ID the FATHERS before they can feed at the public trough.

Yes, the final language.

And we want to hear from each and every Democrat (including Romney) on how they intend to vote.

It will never make it to an actual floor vote, one suspects, cowardly weasels being cowardly weasels.

And they will fail, like they always have… they can’t win and pass legislation and they know it they have depended on the court for decades to advance their agendas…

Women’s rights? What about men’s rights to abortion? You could have gotten kicked off Twitter for making that statement before Elon took over, Chuckie.

The “Aborted Generation” began in 1973.

They would have entered the workforce around 1991.

Their grandchildren (if they “started early”) would have entered the workforce around 2019.

Is it any wonder that Social Security and Medicare are in trouble?

Schumer, may as well picture him shoving babies into ovens... over 60 million individuals and counting...

Not abortion, nor J6, nor Ukraine, will not save them in November. Their incompetence has come right to the homes and wallets of citizens and its unavoidable.
