...the other aspect is; it will still be lost on many that raising the minimum wage only helps in the very short term - then the economy adjusts and they’re back with the same problem. Except this time we paid people not to work and printed the money at the same time.
I can’t imagine being a young parent making very little and seeing gas & food prices shoot up like this. Yes, it hurts them the most. Nobody in D.C. represents them. They’re all a bunch of elitist ideologues that only care about how their virtue signaling is seen by others while they “save the planet” by imposing insane policies. I bought oil stocks when Biden was sworn in - I knew oil was going to skyrocket, it had to - the cost of “green energy” was relatively too high...made a bundle.
Not gonna lie, I will not turn down free money, “free” isn’t really free but still, trump generated more goodwills with two stimulus check that I happily used on new pc parts and Xbox game pass, dems couldn’t even get it right on the last check!

I’m waiting for the Biden Administration to start handing out gas credits.

As always, liberal “solutions” never solve the problem, and result in demands for a strengthening of the liberal “solution” which makes the problem worse and starts the cycle all over again.
I’d hav to say though we aren’t disarmed gun wise we sure are mentally. What nation in the world would allow a border invasion as we have going on without doing something about it - Americans might hold the means but the will is long gone.
What the heck are they teaching people at universities? This is basic Econ class stuff! Outrageous! Unacceptable!

What’s the use of being armed when we’re being invaded on our border? ....and a Government that will call out the National Guard against anyone trying to stop it or throw them in jail.
This clearly evidences to me we have lost the Republic.
In the Republic, power is in the hands of individual citizens..... In a democratic system, laws are made by the majority..... In the Republic system, laws are made by the elected representatives of the people...... In a democracy, the will of the majority has the right to override the existing rights.
We are no longer a Republic for which we once stood....
I was sure of that when every one of our elected and appointed swore in the Kenyan from Indonesia in direct violation of the Constitution.
