Someone pointed out, years ago, that many of the major catastrophes in human history were not single-cause events, but the result of cascading individual choices/failures that together led to a tragic end result.

People go outside to make personal calls and chock the door. They jump in their cars to run errands. Nothing bad happens. Then one day it does and the coin-flipping moves up the decision ladder.

I think what we see as a preplanned operation is actually the Democrats/Media being prepared to capitalize on any and all tragedies. They have legislation ready to go. Gun Control. Obamacare. Etc. We should be so prepared.

Imagine being wounded and just lying there for 40 min or more. Not sure how many were in that category. Also not sure how many were wounded and died due to the delay and would have survived with immediate medical asst.
