Do not trust Cornyn! IMO he is owned by Carlos Slim Helu of Mexico. He pushed for decades to form a No. American union and supply ‘telecommunications” all over Mexico ( Slim’s business!)

Cornyn was last elected in 2020. He's got four more years if
he so chooses and his health is agreeable.
He needs to read the 2nd Amendment. Should take about 30 seconds.

If the genesis of this “meeting” is the recent school shootings, why are they not considering other solutions rather than focus solely on gun control? Can they come up with a plan to have all school doors locked and a way to check they are locked? It’s non controversial and seems like a common sense starting point.
I contacted this slimeball yesterday, since he’s allegedly one of ‘my’ sentatecritters. Here’s my message to him. “You can take your gun control proposals and stick them right up your ass.”
I contacted Cornyn’s office right after his re-election when he began talking smack about Trump. Told his aides I’d never cast another vote for Cornyn...ever.

I just got a note from my ammo supplier. My order is now pushed out to July. I ordered it 4 weeks ago.
Republicans should learn to negotiate and get Democrats to cave. When it comes to the 2a, the starting point for negotiations is the government will buy every adult in America an AR-15 to be prepared to defend our nation and fight crime. We'll simply settle for all gun laws being abolished. (I don't want the government to buy me weapons anyways.)
I suspect he’s waiting for the third week in November.
Cornyn, If you want “consensus” then read the 2nd Amendment. That’s your consensus, ya yutz.
