Oil, grain and fertilizer are fungible on the world market. Out sanctions did nothing except drive up the price to Putin’s benefit. Our president is an idiot. His advisors that are really the president knew this. This is what they wanted!
There are many ways we can hurt Russia financially. Oil, grain and fertilizer are not them!
