It would seem he has never seriously asked himself, “What could possibly happen”, has he?
Or he just doesn’t care.
I’ll believe it when I see confirmed documentation. Until then it is just unsubstantiated rumor or worse.
“Americans need to pass a law that you are not an American unless you actually pay taxes. Not just file for a “refund” of taxes you never paid. See how many of those freeloading maggots really want to be Americans. No Constitutional rights if you don’t pay taxes. No applying for free stuff. Nothing. If you don’t pay your “fair share”, you don’t get jack for free.”

So if a person born here, who served in the military and paid taxes his whole life has a crappy year, then deny him his rights - send in the goons to seize his guns, haul him off to jail for practicing his religion and criticizing those in power who helped cause his crappy year? Sounds like an ingenious plan to me…NOT.
While he is entitled to his own personal beliefs (no matter how nonsensical they are), Gorsuch is legislating his own personal beliefs, without having been elected to any office, let alone a legislative one. This is beyond the purview and authority of the Court. Screw him, he needs to be impeached when Trump or DeSantis becomes POTUS, and replaced with someone who actually understands the role and limitations of a SC Justice.
Things ‘evolved’.
Swamp eats new entries like ‘FS au DC’, then excretes it and recycles it as ‘FS du jour’; sad but quite easy to understand for those that can smell the Potomac.
Simply, FS is a body shop of sinecured law degrees that have hobnobbed in the right way, in the right venues, at the right time.
But that’s DC aka The Swamp in general.
I thank God every day that this dog’s pissle jerk-off isn’t on the SCOTUS.
“ Racism is the only reason America would deny these privileges to the territories, according to Gorsuch.”
The simple solution is to grant independence to all territories and treat their citizens the same as any other foreigners.
As were John Roberts and David Souter.
Trump trusted an ardent Episcopalian. Bad move. That is the denomination that broke the gay barrier over 20 years ago by installing the first openly gay bishop in the U.S., who had dumped his wife and kids for a man.
At the time, two of my Episcopalian women friends who had succeeded in business were asked to step down from their positions on ECUSA parish leadership because they were dating—but not living with—men to whom they were merely engaged, but not yet married. But gay trumps every other so-called principle of Christian sexual morality.
The gay bishop has since also divorced his husband for whom he made these dramatic pleas about how being gay is how God created him; but whatever.
