What I want to know is, how the hell did he decapitate someone in his jail cell? I read the article, but did I miss something? It didn't say how he killed him but he cut off the man's head with a razor blade.
The guard tasked with performing cell checks wasn't doing his job and lied about it in the report.

The actual wood chipper is in the Fargo, ND visitors center. They’ve have a hat like that worn in the movie you can put on and a stuffed white sock to put in the chipper to get your picture taken.
