Absolutely great news.
Now I want Wickard v. Filburn to be overturned. That one case is more responsible for the expansion of the size and scope of the federal government than any other case, and it MUST go down in flames. As long as it is still relevant, the 10th Amendment means very little.
A week to remember
Keep in mind the case was not about the illegals. It was about can a U.S. President overturn a previous U.S. President’s Executive Order. The SC said yes.
Imagine if we get a good guy in there and he can’t reverse Biden’s Executive Orders? So I think they made the right decision.
We had a huge “clean-technology” coal-fired electric plant near me in Western Michigan and Obama had it torn down years ago. Will this ruling get it rebuilt and its usefulness to our grid restored?

Many are saying how great this victory for our side, how the republican side of the court finally had the numbers to overthrow a lot of these leftist’s doings in our beloved Republic. HOWEVER, what scares me is that Biden will move quickly before a Republican victory at the polls this November, to move through his communist senate, move to change the numbers of the supreme court justices from 9 up to maybe 13 or 14. That would be 6 or 7 really, really, really communist, socialist’s, homosexual loving if not actual homosexual placed on the court. This crap the left is doing now does not sit right with a Holy God of heaven and earth. If we continue on this road to destruction, He is going to let the delusion fall upon non-believers and make it harder for them to be saved before it is too late. This is coming. I believe the Rapture/Harpazo/catching away of the Church of Jesus Christ is near. Perhaps still in my lifetime and I am in my 70s now! But, whatever, it is coming and perhaps closer than some may think. Everything you read in the Bible is coming true today. A conversion of many of the prophies found in Scripture are happening, coming together during this age of Grace. Time grows short if you are not saved. Do it now before the Harpazo. After that event, you will probably have your head chopped of for your beliefs!!!
So, when will Biden’s “30x30 Plan” (aka “America the Beautiful” Act) be struck down? It is the same gross abuse of executive / administrative power.
Unfortunately, that policy is rightly under the authority of the Executive power; and that is why the “Remain in Mexico” policy was not struck down by the Court.
Shake up a beer can and just open it, for the pleasure of the right to commit gaseous emission.
