See the numbers at the bottom of the link of photo. Twitter does not come even close to 1.2 billion users. Most fake accounts. Just like Facebook and other social media. Massive stock and advertising fraud by them.

In lieu of @ElonMusk walking away from @Twitter’s transaction, my team did an analysis on Twitter’s user base as of this morning. The last two stats are the most “telling.”

Numerous internet articles. Only once in Delaware court history has a corporate purchaser been allowed to walk away from a deal. So the most probable outcome is Musk will have to purchase Twitter for a slightly lower price, say $40 billion. Anyway, now that the Depp vs Heard trial is over, we needed some legal entertainment, and Twitter vs Musk should provide it.
But if Musk’s bank financing withdraws from the deal then I believe he gets to escape by paying the $1 billion fine in the contract to Twitter. That’s also seems rather likely now that I think about it.
Nahhh
Twitter did not deliver on the contract.
Have you personally read the contract? LOL. Here it is, have fun! https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1418091/000119312522120474/d310843ddefa14a.htm
Not interested. Am not a lawyer.
Great post!
Awesome work!
I like the other title better...Musk withdraws after 9 kids haha.
I think Musk has a child by that name. ;o)
I can NOT wait until Musk requests disclosure during the discovery of all the data Twitter has been trying to hide and obfuscate since the start of this debacle!!
That should be FUN!
