well if you can get out of the MSM echo-chamber and cartoon-think world, we have been quite open about intending to degrade them. there is talk about breaking russia up. elected officials call for the leader to be killed. these things do count in the real world, even if everyone here seems to think this is just normal day at work. but then melts down when they say something similarly outrageous.
we are at war with russia now, we stole several hundred billion dollars from them and are apparently going to eventually have given ukraine everything short of nukes. we are as likely as not to be in a hot war with them before the elections, and that may very well be by design.
that is what matters. all this over the former Ukraine SSR? really?

we are being intentionally walked into wwiii by an unknown (real) leadership that considers that a better option than just facing the music when our economy crashes without something to blame it on.

i don’t care what happens in the former USSR, honestly. it is absolutely normal for a fragmented empire to have squabbles between successor states. the only reason this one isn’t over in weeks was that we apparently are running the UK defense and have been since the start, if all the bragging is true.
everyone with a brain knew pushing UKR into nato would result in military action by russia to prevent it, and we intentionally forced their hand. so we are in this mess because our government, run by parties unknown since it isn’t biden, desires it. I assume part of the objective is have a war to try to help them solidify their own power domestically. this isn’t a new idea, done repeatedly in history when the economy is looking grim.
Either intentionally or via complete incompetence, the reckless outcome is the same.

i could be wrong, we do have a Uniparty, but I don’t think the democrats even want to give up that much. if anything, since they are intentionally crashing the economy, they need to push as hard as possible to cement their hold on power by any means necessary.
