Absolute first order of business is for the House to impeach Joe Biden.
and when the Senate refuses to convict, Impeach him again.
A message must be sent.
Also impeach the Border Czar. The Kevin Romney McCarthy becomes president.

When Republicans retake the House, they need to impeach Brandon at least three times, once after he has left office.
The chances of a conviction in the Senate are zero. If Brandon was caught in bead with a dead girl and a live boy no Democrats would vote to convict him. Besides, no one wants to take out Brandon while Kamala is next in line. As much as Brandon’s handlers are ruining the country, Kamala could always do worse.
Yes he won’t be convicted BUT....it gives the Republicans a chance to go on and on about his corruption which is obvious to everybody. Hell, just show that clip of him bragging about getting that prosecutor in Ukraine fired by threatening explicitly to withhold US aid. That was precisely what they impeached Trump for and he didn’t even do that.
Then on the 2nd impeachment for blatantly breaking US laws he swore as president to uphold - like US immigration law for example - it gives them a chance to highlight that issue.
AND it shows what a partisan process impeachments are like the two shampeachments of Trump.
AND it sends a message to Democrats that Republicans are going to fight back just as nasty so in the future, they just might want to put some people who at least vaguely resemble adults back in charge of their party. The certainty of retaliation is the only effective deterrent.
Impeach him anyway, even if he resigns. And then have a House Select Committee investigate Biden, Clinton, and Pelosi’s Corruption. That is what Libs did to Trump.
Why do Republicans want to impeach Biden? He’s the best argument for keeping the GOP in power that they have. Particularly now that he wants to give trillions to Iran.
Plus, it will be fun to watch him debate...if not very awkward.

WOW, the last time I read of this much defeatist attitude it was about the French in WW2.
Impeach the Attorney General, prosecutors and the DC judges denying habeas corpus to the Jan6 defendants and putting nonviolent people in jail for years for trespassing and vandalism. That should be the priority.

You might get Senate convictions on those three.

I think the Obama machine is keeping an eye on Biden, hoping that he doesn't eff things up so much that the Obama machine loses its control of domestic policy-making.

1. Propose and pass a constitutional amendment limiting all Presidential Executive Orders to one year -- 365 days.
2. Propose and pass a constitutional amendment to repeal the existing amendment calling for popular election of US Senators, so that state legislatures elect or appoint Senators for 6 years terms.
Then get into the details: pass a law clarifying that anchor babies are not US citizens; pass legislation to fund and build a wall on our southern border; pass an annual budget each year.
If they still have time for things like impeachment, fine. But let's not make revenge the first and foremost issue the voters see. If/when our government starts using the American form of government to manage the government, Joe Biden and his potential replacements can't cause as much damage as they have so far. America is more important than Joe Biden. Or Kamala Harris. Or Nancy Pelosi.
