They decided to drop ballet. Fine, when all is said, but they had to make a pandering screed of a statement to allow for how very woke and racially sensitive, albeit in a pandering racist way of doing it.
Some like ballet. Some like modern. To slam a dance on racial lines is racist.
How sad...I got to see Barishkinov in Bolshoi Ballet in about 1989...it was fantastic, unbelievable. Reducing world to 3rd world levels is so stupid.
Good news, my degree in Transexual Dance Theory may be helpful as an instructor at this School of Twerk & Genital Flashing. Am sure parents can’t wait to sign up their daughters, all of whom really want to be ballerinas.

Lucky you! I never got the chance to see the master in person. Watching him dance on film was like watching a man defy gravity.
