In Texas anything other than the proper 30.05/30.07 signage is absolutely meaningless and I ignore them (as does everyone else I know)

Either you have Constitutional Carry or you don’t. Allowing shopping malls and other businesses to deny your right to carry is unconstitutional...it infringes on your ability to protect yourself, family and others. It also encourages criminal elements to just sit outside these prohibiting businesses knowing that half the cars parked there have guns stored in them. It creates more of a problem that it solves. The time for businesses to speak up was during that vote.

These property rules are such a joke. My bank has that no gun sign on the door and I completely ignore it when I go in. How are they ever going to know what is in my pocket?
Locations that deem themselves “gun free zones” should be held liable when some nutjob leftist comes in and shoots the place up.

According to local law enforcement, that “rule” has no legal standing. At least that was reported here in Indy.
Families of the three who were slain should sue the Mall Owners for negligent homicide. By declaring a “no gun” policy, it encouraged the shooter to bring his weapon to the Food Court and start shooting.

No, if you see that a store encourages mass shootings, you should simply go to a store with a good security policy.
If you enter a store knowing it has a no gun policy and suffer from it, it is your fault.
