But if Roberts was against overturning Roe then why did he side with the majority?

Okay, I'll be the odd man out here..

My GUT tells me the leak of the SCROTUS Roe v Wade decision did NOT occur within the walls of SCROTUS!

A PDF of the decision was ELECTRONICALLY HACKED by one of our many Marxist agencies such as the FIB, NSA, CIA, DOJ, DHS, etc.., then forwarded to a media hack.

Anyone looking at SCROTUS personnel for where the leak occurred is LOOKING IN THE WRONG PLACE!

It could also have been outgoing Justice Breyer, or the new incoming Justice Jackson, if she were privy to the proceedings.

>>We all know Roberts is compromised.

Sure seems that way...

One person that no one has considered as the culprit, and the most able to cover his tracks in the USSC computer network administrator.

This is someone with complete and unfettered access to everyone’s account and if he knows his stuff can come and go leaving no tracks.

And anything he does can be justified as normal system maintenance.

incoming Justice Jackson

As if that alone isn't enough to make any patriot despair for the survival of our Republic.

The President decides?

The President nominates, the Senate Confirms.

Reagan decided to elevate a sitting Justice (Renquist) and when he was confirmed as Chief Justice then nominated IIRC Kennedy (it may have been Scalia) to fill the now vacant associate spot.

When Renquist went, Bush decided to nominate Roberts directly from wherever he had been to Chief Justice.

“It turns the court into a policy arm of government.”

Only the feds and too many of them have really discovered the courts as a tool to stretch into areas of states right they should never have been allowed to go. Roe was only one of them.

I have said from the start that the story would turn out to be nothing at all. This isn't because of any underhanded whitewashing on the part of the Supreme Court, either. It's just that it's almost certain that no crime was committed when the draft was leaked. There's nothing to investigate when the only "wrongdoing" was a violation of Supreme Court protocols.

In other words ... WGAF. Let the Supreme Court justices deal with it themselves, if they even GAF.

I am beginning to think Roberts was the leaker.

I took the time to read through the transcripts of the oral arguments before the Supreme Court in the Federal COVID "vaccine" mandate cases late in 2021. I wouldn't have wasted my time with it under normal circumstances, but I was keenly interested in the legal proceedings because of the potential impact it would have on my own business.

By the time I got through the first half-dozen pages of the transcript, I reached the conclusion that the typical Supreme Court justice is no more intelligent or capable than your average high school sophomore.

The elephant in the Roberts room is his adopted kids.

Lots of rumors abound with regards trafficking.

Very possible. Roberts frequently sides with the liberal members of the court so he’s more of a D than an R.

I think it was Sotomayor. They probably knew within a day. To protect the court Roberts is keeping it buried in a rat hole. He doesn’t believe anything good would come from making it public. It would require her to resign and a new Justice be approved.

I don’t know if this is the case but it would be great if this was released after the republicans took back the senate so they would have more control over who gets chosen. Unfortunately the corrupt Marxists would still get to choose the nominee. At least it could be someone less activist and more constitutional.

When it leaked I suspected Roberts himself was the leaker. There will be no prosecutions or reprimands. The fix is in-again, for the upper class elite snobs.

“If the leaker was a Republican this would already be exposed.”

If the leaker was a Republican there would be Congressional hearings on this “act of treason that undermines democracy”.

If the leaker was indeed a Justice, the liberal reporter at Politico who broke the story and published the draft opinion now has kompromat on her.
