The leaker was the author himself, Alito. And he leaked it because he heard of Roberts attempt to change votes. By leaking he “froze” kavanaugh’s squishy vote to overturn Roe.

I still believe it was Breyer. Roberts will protect him knowing he too, will get the high roller media, speaking, and book deals that will make him millions in retirement.
While I agree with the spirit of your statement, loss of life is allowed in the Constitution, but only with due process.

I can understand why you see Sotomayor as a suspect. So do I. But I wonder why you dismiss the possibility of it being Kagan. Or maybe you don’t.

Which no unborn person has ever had access to, because only “persons” have these rights, and even this latest SCOTUS decision stopped short of recognizing the unborn as “persons.” Hell, they aren’t even 3/5 of a “person” under present Law; they’re of lower legal status than Antebellum slaves.
Maybe I’m wrong but I think Kagan is too smart, self aware, and self preserving. Sotomayor is none of those things.
We agree that abortion does not rise to the level of a constitutional right, but it seems we are quibbling over the reasons why. To me, that becomes a distinction without a difference. It's unconstitutional either way.
