2. Jan 6th Evidence
3. Any other excuse to prosecute
4. Political Ammo for leaking
I doubt it, especially since we still don’t know all the facts about the raid. Durham moves at a glacier’s pace, and quick action - especially on a matter like this - seems highly unlikely.

I recall Durham prosecuted a person, but it was in a DC court and the DC jury found the indicted person not guilty.
