I got that from Dr. Eric Berg "Extend Your life by fixing your sleep" on youtube.

1. Expose yourself to sun or bright light thearpy for 30 min upon waking. Preferably outside but bright light in the morning works. More sun exposure = better sleep
2. Expose yourself to sunset or red light therapy or sunlight during the day at least 2 hours before going to bed. Dim lights before bed
3. Excercise
4. Keep Room cooler
5. Take Magnesium.
