Trump is a threat to both parties. The Republican vs. Democrat debate is no longer a sincere debate over conservative vs. liberal policy solutions.

Since Reagan left office, the Republican leadership is just as invested in the permanent bureaucracy as is the Democrat leadership - and every bit as threatened by Trump’s MAGA agenda.

Trump intends to return power to we the people - neither party wants to see that happen - both parties are run by wealthy lobbyists and owned by globalist mega corporations, banker cartels and oligarchs.

President Trump could retire from politics today, and suddenly he would be the toast of the town - they had no problem with his personality until he went down the golden escalator and declared war on the deep state, the fake news and liars and scoundrels everywhere.

I don’t agree with much of that.

Power? Yes to a certain degree. Trump had limited allies and thus limited power. His power has always lied in his connection to his base. So yes they were jealous of his rallies etc.

of course he is out of office now and yet they still pummel him. Not sure he is getting many party invites. :-)

whatever their rationale it is clear to me that their hatred is deeply seated and irrational.

They hate Trump because he completely changed the conversation to sincere concerns about what the US and Americans really need.
