It does not matter how we came to this point.

The Constitution presumes a nation, a political community, loyal to it and willing to be bound by its strictures.

We do not have that.

Maybe we should start with common sense Licensing, Registration, Training and Drug Testing for anyone using a high capacity transmission device for compensation or gain. Personally I think we should just add it to the existing RICO statute so us citizens can sue every presstitute that makes a deliberate false or misleading statement in any production they received compensation for.

The Constitution is not yet broken but it is severely frayed by the addition of the fourth and now most powerful branch of the government, the portion that has legislative, executive and judicial powers all in itself i.e. the Bureaucracy- the Administrative State.

Can we assume that they’ve placed their disdain for the Constitution on record, and that they’ve implicitly waived their rights under said document that they so abhor? Will make the treason tribunals go faster if they’ve waived their Constitutional rights.

“Freedom, the right to own the product of your personal efforts, and the right to pursue your own goals, is incompatible with the socialist idea of individuals being the property of the State.”

These “Professors” are moaning that the Constitution stands in the way of “majority rules”. THAT IS A MAIN PURPOSE OF THE CONSTITUTION, to prevent the majority from being able to vote away the rights of the Minority. You would think Law Professors would know that.

The Left and Biden’s keepers don’t want any restrictions on Iran’s nuclear program and want to give Iran the wherewithal to rise to a full blown nuclear power quickly so that Israel can be eliminated before Israel develops a highly effective counter nuclear capability. The Jews are hated and feared by leftists and totalitarians everywhere. Israel can deal with Iran at any stage up to the Iranian launch but requires the USA for backup and resupply.

The best way to destroy a nation is to let its enemies control the education system.

I’ll bet the NYT agrees with every word of it. Why else would they print it?

It’s more than clear that the DC communist cabal and most American universities already act as though the US Constitution is no longer a valid document of law to be followed. Blaming the Constitution for this country’s problems is like blaming the gun for people who get shot. It’s just more libturd absurdity!!

“The Constitution is Unconstitutional”

To the authors of this article the Constitution is just a set of outmoded suggestions that can be discarded at the whim of the public. It’s as disposable as yesterday’s newspaper.

The Constitution is broken. The income tax is unconstitutional and needs to be removed.

The Constitution also needs to include penalties for violating inalienable rights. States such as New York and California that deprive citizens of their inalienable rights to keep and bear arms needs to have members of their legislatures deported to England.
