And that works just fine as long as everyone agrees to follow the law. But let's say democrats are the criminal party - they fight FOR criminals, they flaunt laws in DC and at our borders. They don't care who knows it.

My son just paid back his student loans about four months ago.
He is 24.
He never had more than $20K.
That is because he CHOSE to go to a state school instead of a private university. The difference would have been $148,000 over four years.
McConnell only saying that to turn this into a class war before the election.
This helps the workers struggling to meet bills. And rallying the GOP to fight it. After sending all the other money to everyone around the globe. Will be taken as Republicans against the working class.
I’m having trouble finding the section in the Constitution that authorizes the POTUS to cancel the debts of some American citizens and require everyone else to make good on those debts. I already know that McConnell and other GOP-E types will emit gas and do nothing else about this.
