These leaks happen all the time, but usually they are proprietary, intended for one party, usually the Dem party.
Consider that Obama had the White House prepared to be awash with rainbow colored lights on the SAME DAY as the marriage dissolution ruling in 2015. Don’t tell me he didn’t know weeks in advance.

This leak may have worked in our favor. Instead of Traitor Roberts having time to twist arms to change votes, it boxed them into having to stick to their guns or otherwise it would give the appearance of looking like they could be manipulated by such tactics. Leaker had the opposite of their desired effect - womp womp

I have been convinced of that as well. Going back to the Trump leaks it has seemed that the dems have established a more sophisticated monitoring operation in place than just moles here and there. I wonder if such a system was put in place at the end of the Obama admin.
Good question but more correctly is will the leaker revealed by the court’s marshal be courts martialed.

In a way, the ‘leak’ was better for the country, since, it took off some of the heat before the actual decision was announced. If no leak had occurred, there would have been bigger and more numerous protests and riots and perhaps even felonious crimes.
Let the leak stand and forget about it. Or announce the leader and be rid of him/her and forget about prosecution.
So several law clerks, when asked to sit for an interview & turn over their cell phones, lawyered up. Why was that? What have THEY been up to?
