That don’t look lesbian to me. Even if she had a nose ring
Apology accepted on the condition that you smile when you say it, acknowledge my pain, and promise to make it all better.
Do a good job and I'll overlook the purple hair.
You mean like the attempted murder of a Supreme Court justice?
My God, it's Neil Young in drag!!
The Court today announced that Jeffrey P. Minear will retire from his position as Counselor to the Chief Justice of the United States, effective September 30, 2022. Chief Justice John G. Roberts, Jr., appointed Mr. Minear to that position in 2006, following Mr. Minear’s previous government service in the Office of the Solicitor General of the United States, where he argued 56 cases before the Supreme Court.
The Counselor is charged by statute with performing “such duties as may be assigned to him by the Chief Justice.” In that role, Mr. Minear has served as the Chief Justice’s chief of staff, working closely with Court officers on Court-wide policies and initiatives. He has supported the Chief Justice as head of the federal judiciary, working in partnership with court executives and judges on matters of judicial administration, and as liaison to the executive and legislative branches on issues affecting the Court. Additionally, he has represented the Chief Justice in relations with judicial organizations, foreign courts, and visiting dignitaries. He has also supported the Chief Justice in his non-judicial responsibilities, including as Chancellor of the Smithsonian Institution.
The Chief Justice said: “Jeff Minear has exemplified the finest tradition of Court staff, enabling the Supreme Court, and courts across our country, to serve the public efficiently and effectively. He has brought deep knowledge, outstanding judgment, and a tireless work ethic to court management and improvement. I am grateful for the many years he has served so well as my Counselor and as an officer of Federal judicial administration.
Counselor Minear said: “I have been profoundly honored to support Chief Justice Roberts and his colleagues, on the Supreme Court and throughout our federal judiciary, in their vitally important work. I am departing the office with appreciation for the opportunity, with esteem for each member of the Supreme Court, and with the utmost confidence in the independence and integrity of our courts.”
Mr. Minear plans to remain active in the legal profession and in support of the Court and judiciary. His successor will be announced in due course.
I apologize for saying this, but the words “not guilty” just passed through my internal dialog. Probably just a momentary mental glitch.
I think Roberts is the leaker.
A PDF of the draft Roe v Wade decision wasn't LEAKED from WITHIN SCOTUS, THE PDF WAS DIGITALLY INTERCEPTED by an OUTSIDE agency such as NSA/CIA/FIB, etc. SPYING ON AND HACKING SCOTUS COMPUTER SYSTEMS, then LEAKED to State Media.
Well, I'm afraid your "spidey sense" is way off. The draft that was leaked to Politico was itself a scan of a physical (i.e., paper) copy. One can even see a mark on the upper left corner where the staple had originally been placed (and subsequently removed). The graphical quality of the draft has already been rather carefully evaluated by those who know what to look for.
In fact, those who undertook this evaluation opine that the copy that was leaked to Politico was scanned, page by page, on a home scanner. The scanning job was of insufficient quality to suggest it was done on the sort of large, expensive copier/scanner that one would typically find in an office setting.
This being the case, I'm afraid your theory doesn't hold water.
“DO you allow someone you don’t trust to remain in your employment?”

If 70 people could have done this it tells me it’s a miracle it hasn’t happened before
They are judges, they can do whatever they want (ie contempt of court)
waiting to ink the MSNBC show deal or the book has already gone to press..

Totally possible, especially if secure email was not used. With NSA, it wouldn’t even matter if secure email was used.
and, of course, any report or arrest will happen AFTER the November election date.
My Spidey Sense tells me it was one of the Justices.
Using original paper document, remove staple then SCAN ON A COPIER as a multiple page .PDF file in digital format.
After that, there's many ways it can get leaked.
Hardly cornered. No democrap AG is going to prosecute.
