You have to understand the scam in NYC. They have a huge number, 18,000 last I read, of apartments reserved for homeless. But most are normally empty. Since the city pays, empty or full, that creates a huge cash cow for dimokrat kickbacks. The howling starts when the owners actually have to let in a tenant, their overhead goes way up, and the electeds start losing their party money. And , oh, btw, the scam is a major reason rents are so high in the Big Assle.

They have all those empty high rise towers in NYC with restaurants, shops, etc. close by ... keep those buses rolling. NYC should be able to support at least a million illegals a year.
