Whatever group is behind Biden and the Deep State, it is the (mal)administration that implements the force of the federal government.

Yes.

I am mad that we are spending tens of billions of dollars WE DON'T HAVE, to send to a country WE HAVE ZERO NATIONAL INTEREST IN, and who is positively HOSTILE TO OUR VALUES, more aligned with people who HATE this country than with us.

So, perhaps you aren't angry about it. I am.

  1. You feel that because hey, money doesn't mean anything because we are just printing it, why not.

  2. You feel that it isn't the least bit important to worry about incurring another 40 billion dollars in debt with money we don't have, and that it is fine to roll that into the 37 Trillion dollars of debt we already own, because it is just money, and a drop in the bucket anyway. It doesn't mean anything.

  3. You feel that because America is so corrupt, we deserve to be fleeced. That these billions being sent there are small change compared to the internal corruption we have here.

  4. You feel that we, as taxpayers should just sit back and take it because hey, Ukraine or something else.

Yes. I just don't have the wisdom you have to "figure all that other stuff out". I just don't understand the "perspective" you have, because, hey, Ukraine or something else.

Truth! I agree 100%. Though the US was lots more honestly run 30-40 years ago. I blame this on our decline in manufacturing. This leaves everyone trying to suck off Gov’t tit. State, County and Federal Governments. With the Feds bring the most corrupt, because they can print money, via the Federal Reserve buying/vacuuming up Federal debt. And Feds/Washington DC never has to balance the Federal budget.

Most other governments here (state and county) must balance their budget. Though, they have workarounds, such as issuing massive debt via issuing bonds.

It wasn’t directed at you but it is true that Henry Kissinger is becoming quite the guy among the pro-Putin crowd here.

So long as he continues to pocket millions and cycle back BeijingBiden’s 10% he couldn’t care less what happens to Ukraine.

The U.S. government borrowed money against the taxpayers and gave it to Ukraine.

Let Zelensky borrow his own money and let Zelensky, Jao Bai-din and Hunter Biden pay it back personally.

If you can read the tweets Elon was responding to for context.

We gave Starlinks to Ukraine & lost $80M+ in doing so, while putting SpaceX & myself at serious risk of Russian cyberattack.

What have you done besides tweet?— Elon Musk (@elonmusk) October 3, 2022

Bad reporting by FT. This article falsely claims that Starlink terminals & service were paid for, when only a small percentage have been.

This operation has cost SpaceX $80M & will exceed $100M by end of year.

As for what’s happening on the battlefield, that’s classified.— Elon Musk (@elonmusk) October 7, 2022

Almost all Viasat Ukraine user terminals were rendered permanently unusable by a Russian cyberattack on day of invasion, so … yes— Elon Musk (@elonmusk) March 4, 2022

It has required a lot of our resources. Going into super lockdown mode slows down new development progress, as we have to resist attacks from a sophisticated adversary actively at war.— Elon Musk (@elonmusk) October 15, 2022

Did you forget that Elon paid 11 billion in income tax last year?

Thanks for the context. I never thought about Russian cyber attacks on Space X for retaliation.

“Almost all Viasat Ukraine user terminals were rendered permanently unusable by a Russian cyberattack on day of invasion, so … yes— Elon Musk (@elonmusk) March 4, 2022”

This must mean Space X had to spend many more millions to replace these killed off terminals. However, what I remember is that Ukraine first asked Musk for major Starlink terminals donations, about 10-15 days into the Russian invasion.

By the way, I didn’t want that to be personal with you because the issue is bigger than both of us. I apologize if I sounded like I was directing my difference of agreement at you personally, which I didn’t intend to do.

I have enough things each and every day that make me angry, this is just one of them. And I have enough differences of opinion with people on this forum. I need to do better to keep my discourse from becoming uncivil or personal.

I understand your point of view; I just feel differently about it.

Ukraine has more in common with Russia than it does with us.

It isn’t that “Mother Russia” hasn’t done wrong to Ukraine (Starving millions of them to death, and invading them) but my observation is valid.

Zelensky is all in with the likes of Soros, Trudeau, and the Biden Administration. I am loathe to give him (and by extension, Ukraine) one red cent.

Because all of those people are hostile to our values and mean us ill.
