Maybe Maduro will bail them out with cheap Venezuelan oil.
And that is what they earned by forbidding fracking and other development of oil and natural gas underground in their states and also by voting against natural gas pipelines.
That’s a different way of putting it, however they DID vote for the Democrat Politicians imposing this Rationing.
My last house had natural gas and it was so cheap I kept the house toasty warm all winter (PNW). Now I’m on propane. Pre Biden propane was 90 cents a gallon. Now 3.50 a gallon and only going to get higher now that we are getting freezing nights.

There are actually natural gas deposits under New York State and Massachusetts. But they banned fracking! Sucks to be them. They also banned building nuclear and hydro dams. They also banned wind mills because it interfered with the view from Ted Kennedy's beach house.
No region of the USA produces a bigger bunch of dopes than the Northeast. Apologies to the Freepers who live there. It's not your fault.
