It will take a little while - they’re going to have to execute handovers of credentials and such while ushering the people who have them out the door.
That said, Twitter’s been quietly walking back account bans ever since the first offer and their realization that no, a lot of people are really, really unhappy with them.

Has anyone discovered yet why Musk was carrying the bathroom sink around? (I don't wish to be graphic here, but one of the main uses for a bathroom sink is to wash your hands thoroughly, after flushing the turds down the toilet, and this story about the CEO & CFO departures seems to fit in with that symbolism.)

It will be an interesting company to watch as it goes through its changes.
Elon is too smart to do too much too fast but getting rid of those really nasty progressives at the top was a great start.
