Just look at the number of states that have adopted (1) early voting and (2) mail-in voting since 2000. Those are the two big reasons why states — especially the sh!t-hole districts within those states where most election workers are barely literate — take forever to count the votes.

Well, that’s interesting. For some reason Florida which has a huge amount of mail ins never has any problems with their elections. We certainly did 2000 and we sort of did one other year. but they fix those problems real quick. They definitely count ballots as they arrive. We’ll know Florida results probably by 10 o’clock at the most.

I honestly don't think it matters much either way. The key is to have very clear record-keeping in the delivery of mail-in ballots and the processing of them when they get back. If you don't open the ballots until the polls close on Election Day, you minimize the opportunities for someone to monkey around with the ballot and send it back to the voter.

In Pennsylvania, I'll bet there were hardly any (IF any) cases of fake ballots being submitted in 2020. The more likely scenario was the one I described -- where a legitimate ballot was filled out and mailed by someone OTHER THAN the legally registered voter.

Vote at polling place only on Election Day from opening at 7:00AM and closing at 9:00PM...
