Justice Alito is a conservative
he used the word black and kkk
he is not allowed to do that
Smells like the lefties are looking for a resignation in the next year or so.
Can’t be caught getting Ginsberged yet again...
Was the joke Ketanji Brown Jackson??
“No,” because Ku Klux Klan outfits wouldn’t be protected under public accommodation laws.
Really? So your law itself discriminates?
I am sick of faux sensitivity. I am sick of people infringing on others free speech, humor, jokes, feelings. Yeah feelings, like hate, which leads to hate speech. I hate Democrats. I hate all this LGBTQXYZ+\*^%# stuff in children’s faces. It’s good old fashioned God given hate. The entire range of human emotions are needed to be healthy. Speaking one’s mind is needed for a healthy country.
I don’t think it was joke. It was a brilliant point. He is pointing out the double standard from the left. This is exactly the kind of point a brilliant justice would make.
Just to add the joke point is designed by the MSM to make Alito look crude instead of brilliant. This is what propaganda looks like for all you freepers taken in by it. You are being manipulated.
I don’t think it was that funny, but she said it was the most fun to make.
Since Alito is a NON raciss, it never even occurred to him that there was anything wrong with his analogy.
Which, of course, there wasn’t
Justice Alito should say to anyone who objects... BITE ME

Often, judges use extremes to make a point or to solicit thought on an issue.
The general public is so jaded by social media that they simply do not understand the process or they are too stupid to read for context.
Except that’s what “arguments” and “deliberation” is all about. It’s called the Socratic method. It’s been around for a few years. It’s all the rage.
It was not a joke. It was a valid and excellent question.
How about “no” because the santa is employed by the mall not the idiot kid. Dealing with a-holes should be expected in that job.
I agree, it wasn’t funny, but it was a good metaphor. It’s seems the American language has been so abused and neutered that snowflakes can’t handle a serious discussion of issues that require critical thinking. Abstraction and parallelism is the heart of metaphors. They get people to recognize the nature of problem, often while removing the emotion of the topic at hand. They are one of many necessary tools of critical thinking and making arguments.
That is most certainly his job. Reductio ad absurdum.
I heard it live and you are 100% correct.
lol...
It was the opposite of a stupid statement. I was aimed at the key to the case.
I was not a joke in any way. People saying that are the joke.
If the Santa has to pose with the KKK democrat then so does the religious objector to working for immoral potential customer.
Alito hit the nail on the head.
