Yes. There is a difference. Trump as president was legally and constitutionally in possession of documents. Biden, as vice president was not.

The glaring difference, imho, is —aside from declassification authority—who had access. Mara-Lago- with Secret Service protection, VS. Penn Central with Chinese crawling all over, and a drugged up Hunter Biden and his garage.
The big difference is, the media colludes with the Democrats to hide or downplay anything negative about Biden.

Biden had classified files for 6+ years. Trump for little more than one year.
Trump had the right to declassify ANYTHING at anytime - even up to giving 'classified information' in an impromptu speech. Trump did not need permission from anyone - he was the highest authority.
Trump kept documents in a safe environment protected by the Secret Service. The FBI had inspected the place Trump kept documents and had suggested a lock. Trump put a lock on the room.
Biden moved classified documents from one location to another on several occasions. That shows intent and awareness., Biden did not have the power as a VP to declassify - and he did NOT have permission to have the documents. No one in government knew he had them for over five years, but he knew. Moving them around from place to place shows awareness. What purpose were they serving at different locations? Hunter had keys to all locations where the documents were stored and moved to.
Other than that Mika's silly arguments about 'intent' and 'cooperation' are nuts. It's the crime that matters - NOT how much butt kissing goes on with friendly bureaucracies...
If the killer of Idaho students 'works with cops' or not is not the issue. The murder is the issue. With Biden it's not how 'sweet' or 'cooperative he is - it's 'what was he doing with classified materiel he had no right to have'... and in unsecured areas - and with Hunter having access toi all locations... Documents Biden intentionally moved around from site to site on more than one occasion.
