The giggling moron that was installed after the election day dirty trick supposedly “won” by 0.1% over the automatic recount threshold. That is not an accident.

She spent the last week prior to the election campaigning with Steve Bannon and insulting McCain voters.
This was beyond stupid. She already had Trump's MAGA base in her back pocket. She needed to reach out to Arizona's independent, moderate, and swing voters. Instead, at the 11th hour she reminded them that she's just too "Trumpy" and lost their votes to Hobbs.
Noem has been a sellout for a couple of years.

Many of those “McCain voters” are my relatives/friends. They wouldn’t give Hobbs a ride if she was hitching home from NAU in a snowstorm. ALL of them said “Kari’s in!!!”

I’m not a fan of career politicians, but it’s painful to see the stupid, tone-deaf, amateurish mistakes some of these unconventional candidates have made in recent years.
I seem to remember she had some logical excuse for the first offense. But if all this is true, then that would be hard to defend.

I was hoping Kari Lake would win. Hell, I was hoping all of Trump's picks would've won. That would've set him up pretty good going into 2024 and I'd definitely be singing a different tune regarding his viability.

All Lake had to do was close the deal the AZ's McCain Republicans and independents. Instead, she campaigned with Bannon.
Twitter rumor (FWIW) is that Lake might be eyeing AZ's senate election in '24. In a three-way race between Sinema (I) and Ruben Gallegos (D), she might actually be able to pull it off, if she can take what she learned from her gov. race and make some changes.

I remember a few years ago when everybody on this board was slobbering for “NOEM FOR 2024” after TRUMPS second term.
After some 4th of July event I think, I told everybody back then to just hold on and watch her.
