[These people are so unhappy]

And they want others to be like them.

Talk about a complete abdication of personal responsibility.

Monty: [about his Mother-In-Law] She says I drink too much, I smoke too much, I gamble. I mean she's right, but what can I do? I got no... what's the word...

Nicky: Class.

Looks like she’d allow Coke:

Funny, but after I brought in my famous BROCCOLI CAKE, my coworkers exempted me from contributing food to office celebrations.

I'd bet that bringing a kitty litter cake would have much the same effect.

Liberals try to ruin things for other people. It’s what they do.

We need to learn to listen to those Limey “food watchdogs”. Bringing in donuts is like a mass shooting.

In other words she cannot control herself and so she wants us to do without.

Donuts!!!

I used to teach computer certification courses (networking, Active Directory, etc.) at a university. Each class was 3-5 days and the students (if I would even call them that) were normally grown adults who had been many years in the industry. Really nice job because it wasn't like teaching at all, more like going over work orders with colleagues.

Anyway, almost every day someone would buy donuts (it's Alabama so Krispy Creme). I'm diabetic so no way would I eat donuts all day. I MIGHT have one a month.

Look at them! I wanted to eat every one of them. I didn't, but still... I'm retired now so no more temptations unless I pass them in the grocery store.

Because they are drunk on power and control, and have a seriously overinflated sense of their own self importance
